I provide 1-1 and 2-1 personal training in the privacy of my own Gym in Seer Green, Buckinghamshire.

During an hour-long session, we work through your individual exercise program which has been specifically designed for you. Your exercise program is bespoke to your personal body goals and I use a variety of equipment as well as your own body weight to achieve your targets.

To design your program, I’ll carry out an in-depth, in-person consultation which includes a professional postural analysis to help me understand your fitness background, strengths, weaknesses, flexibility and is a great opportunity to get to know you better and be mindful of any sustained injuries.

 

Then we get to work! I am told my sessions are fun and whilst I take your fitness seriously, there’s always room for some laughter too.

Please complete the form below to book an initial 15 minute phone call. This is our chance to chat about your background, goals, availability etc. We will then book in your first session which will be an in-person consultation during which I assess your strength, weakness, postural analysis etc before getting going with your bespoke exercise program.
